Karin's expertise ensures first rate development is achievable by the entire group, in the shortest possible time. She has many years' experience of worship leading.

She can work with worship group leaders, individuals, or the whole music team, and all work is individually tailored to your own needs and situation, always allowing for a variety of different skill-sets, abilities and personalities, which typically present themselves in many churches.

Fast Track Improvements 
Karin can act in a consultancy capacity if you are starting a worship group from scratch, or when deciding which team-members will best work well together, or when adding new singers or players to an existing group.

She can come in towards the end of rehearsals for a special event. She can train large or smaller groups through all the basics of good singing practice, performance techniques, presentation and leading skills, and help build confidence, -both individually and as a team.

She can also work at an advanced level for those who are moving into leadership roles and those who have been leading for as long as they can remember!

Karin works fast, yet never leaves any one behind, and is always approachable and open to everyone's own ideas. She can bring ideas together and help launch them into action.
