Coaching by phone
Life Coaching (including Stress Management) is available by phone for those who can't travel to Karin's Bournemouth practice, or if the issue is very urgent. Karin has clients outside the UK, and this telephone method has proved very effective. Call, text or email Karin at any time to set this up. Sessions can be 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes long, depending on your availability, the nature of your issues and your budgets. Weekly or fortnightly is recommended. Karin is passionate about her work, and committed to personalised solutions with a relaxed and informal approach. She always works with confidentiality and respect.
